 | TYPE F3 STANDARD and F3 W Threeway-Plug-Valves vertical and horinzontal Nearly all cases of application can be solved with the AZ-threeway-plug-valves type F-3-Standard with third vertical flange. Only in rare cases type F-3-W with third horizontal flange has to be used. We always recommend, whenever possible, to use type F3-Standard with third vertical flange. With this type of valve the service life of the PTFE-sleeve is much higher. AZ-threeway-plug-valves are available in a large range of materials and material combinations (valve body and plug),e.g. carbon steel, stainless steel, special alloys etc.

 | TYPE UK AZ-Crossover-Valve-Combination - the logical consequence of application of AZ-valves! The extent of application is logically and substantially enlarged by the combination of AZ-valves. A lot of problems can be solved favorably by application of AZ-crossover-valve-combinations. AZ-crossover-valve-combinations, installed in filter and reactor cycles make a connection between two filters without any problems without closing during the phase of switching. Therefore it is possible to change the filter easily without stopping the process.  | TYPE SAVA Special cross-over combinations for Safety (Relief) valves The proven 3-way plug valve, type F3-EXTRA with full round bore, has been further developed for the change over of safety valves, in close cooperation with the Engineering Department of a big chemical concern and TÜV-Southwest. The basic principle of the safety valve exists therein, that dependent on the construction, a least cross section (A) is guaranteed during the cross-over phase from safety valve I to safety valve II. Therefore a minimal flow (protection of the vessel) is always given.- Full-flow, round bore

 | TYPE SAMPLING Sampling System The development of the AZ-Sampling system is based on decades of experience in the production of AZ Plug Valves in cavity free design with self lubricating, maintenance free PTFE sleeve, consequently the logical result of the practice-based application of these valves. The AZ-Sampling system can be installed directly into the process pipe or in a bypass. During the production process, the plug of the sampling system is in open position, which means that the balance pipe and the sampling port are closed. For drawing a sample the plug must be turned 90° by means of the lever. Because of the positive overlap, the intersection of the process pipe is guaranteed. During the switchover a specific defined sample quantity (30-50 ml or more) is contained in the plug. After reaching the 90° lever position, which is exactly restricted by limit stops on the cover, the sample quantity is transferred through the process needle into the sample container. The air in the bottle, which can be mixed with gas or steam, can escape through the balance pipe into the closed system.- Closed system
